Join our culinary team as an On-Call Catering Cook, where you will play a vital role in the preparation, cooking, transport, and service of catering events. You will work closely with supervisors and the culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
This is a part-time, hourly position that is not eligible for benefits. The hourly wage ranges from $19.92 to $24.40, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist chefs and kitchen staff as required, performing various kitchen duties as instructed.
- Adhere to the highest standards of food safety, preparation, and storage as directed by kitchen leadership.
- Show enthusiasm for learning and improvement by following guidance from lead cooks and catering chefs.
- Prepare and cook menu items throughout your shift based on service instructions and production sheets.
- Collaborate with back-of-house (BOH) and front-of-house (FOH) staff to ensure food quality and adherence to event specifications.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of kitchen and catering areas, as well as all related equipment.
- Display a strong commitment to teamwork and integrity in support of our mission.
