About the Role
This is an on-call, as-needed position, primarily aimed at covering planned teacher absences (e.g., PTO). While the job is flexible, it remains predictable: you will receive your schedule 2 weeks to a month in advance, allowing you to plan accordingly.
You will assist in classrooms for children aged 0–6, helping to maintain an inviting, engaging, and supportive Montessori environment.
Many of our on-call team members transition to full-time Assistant Teachers, making this a fantastic opportunity to start your career in education.
Your Responsibilities
- Step into classrooms as needed to provide support and continuity.
