THE ROLE
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic RV Sales Onsite Sales Executive to join our Paris team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the complete sales process for our used recreational vehicles (RVs) at our Paris location. Your responsibilities will include qualifying leads, delivering customer demos, preparing vehicles for sale, and managing post-purchase handovers.
Ideal candidates will demonstrate a blend of sales expertise, operational proficiency, and a strong customer-oriented mentality.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
Formulate and execute localized sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Manage incoming leads and navigate them through the sales funnel to close deals.
Prepare vehicles for defleet including coordinating MOT, repairs, cleaning, and conducting condition audits alongside local staff.
Ensure vehicles are ready for customer demos and handovers, collaborating with depot colleagues.
Conduct engaging customer demos and facilitate smooth vehicle handovers.
Establish and nurture local partnerships for vehicle photography and condition reporting.
Organize and conduct local sales events, such as open days at the depot.
Collaborate with HQ teams to ensure alignment on priorities and execution quality.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics.
