Role Overview:
The Onboarding Implementation Specialist for SMB plays a crucial role in nurturing relationships with our customers, ensuring they derive maximum value in their initial 90 days with Motive. Your responsibilities will include effectively guiding new clients through the onboarding process, facilitating product adoption, and educating them on our offerings.
A strong focus on customer satisfaction is essential for maintaining long-term relationships. We are looking for an individual who is exceptionally organized, possesses outstanding communication skills, and excels in building rapport with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for new SMB customers during their implementation journey.
- Assist clients with initial hardware/software setup and provide system training to ensure successful onboarding and product adoption.
- Continuously track and support customer progress, ensuring they realize the value of our products.
