Role Overview:
As an Onboarding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and positive onboarding experience for our service professionals (our Pros) onto our platform. You will coordinate and facilitate customer onboarding while delivering exceptional customer service and addressing any questions or concerns from Pros.
You will serve as the primary point of contact during this vital post-enrollment phase, taking ownership of the Pro experience, guiding them through the early adoption process, building their confidence, and ensuring they quickly realize the value of our services. Your proactive approach, empathy, and problem-solving skills will contribute to enhancing our team's effectiveness and improving the lives of our Pros. By operating with an ownership mindset, you will reinforce the value of Housecall Pro and ensure that Pros feel confident in their decision to join us.

Daily Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships during the initial onboarding phase for new Pros, including account activation, product adoption, relationship building, and demonstrating the value of our services.
- Act as the primary resource for Pros during their early lifecycle, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to onboarding.
- Reinforce the value of Housecall Pro, helping Pros gain confidence in their decisions.
