Join AbbVie as an Oncology Account Executive in Grand Rapids, MI, where you will play a pivotal role in advancing our oncology products. This position is ideal for candidates located in Grand Rapids or Lansing, as you will oversee the Grand Rapids, Lansing, and Ann Arbor regions.
In this role, you will cultivate and sustain strategic business relationships with oncology departments and practices, engaging with Oncologists, Hematologists, Pharmacists, Nurses, and Executive personnel. Your focus will be on enhancing education regarding product benefits and risks, consistent with approved labeling, while developing new business opportunities, optimizing resource utilization, and driving sales growth in the oncology sector.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Identify and address customer needs through proactive engagement, building relationships that yield valuable market insights and foster the creation of compliant, innovative programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor approaches that effectively showcase AbbVie's resources within your designated territory.
- Deliver impactful, on-label technical and scientific presentations that accurately communicate the benefits and risks of our products, contributing to your sales objectives.
- Act as the primary commercial contact for targeted accounts, ensuring exceptional support for physicians and their patients by coordinating with AbbVie and co-promotion partners.
- Develop and maintain strategic business plans for key accounts, collaborating with sales leadership and partners to facilitate training on the safe use of AbbVie products, and tracking sales progress.
- Represent AbbVie at local clinician boards and healthcare meetings, enhancing our visibility and fostering valuable relationships.
