The Online Payments Sales Executive will be responsible for acquiring new clients for Bold's Online Payments product and implementing effective prospecting strategies to achieve the company’s goals. You will work to build strong relationships with clients and maintain an excellent level of service that contributes to our expected NPS.
Additionally, you will support the launch of new features or products by providing feedback on potential improvement opportunities.
Your Responsibilities:
Conduct prospecting, closing, implementation, maintenance, and development of clients.
Responsible for establishing commercial relationships with target clients according to product, pricing, and strategy parameters set by the company, providing advice and information about Bold's products or services.
Deeply understand how the products work, including their features, benefits, and limitations.
Guide clients through onboarding, implementation, and the entire sales cycle.
