ROLE SUMMARY
As a Business Consultant Project Director, you will collaborate closely with business owners and management teams to implement the operational, financial, and organizational systems essential for effective management and sustainable growth. Moreover, you will mentor owners and stakeholders at all levels to embrace new operational methodologies, ensuring that transformations are fully understood and consistently applied.
This role entails hands-on, on-site transformation efforts that require a proactive leadership approach rather than mere project oversight.
The Business Consultant will oversee the client relationship from initial contact through to measurable results, ensuring operational and financial advancements. Primary responsibilities include enhancing financial performance, facilitating organizational change, coaching ownership and staff, and managing the entire consulting engagement lifecycle.
