Primary Responsibility 1: Operation and Maintenance of Equipment
- Perform preventive, corrective, and improvement maintenance on equipment utilized in clinical and commercial production.
- Provide technical expertise and support for laboratory equipment maintenance issues.
- Ensure that the equipment and installations within your scope remain in qualified status.
- Oversee maintenance contracts and external service providers for all equipment in your area, monitoring during routine operations and planned technical downtimes.
Primary Responsibility 2: Equipment Management
- Ensure traceability of interventions: document actions taken on equipment following site GMP regulations, track interventions in equipment logbooks and in the CMMS.
- Update and review technical and quality documentation for all equipment under your responsibility.
- Propose and implement improvement and optimization actions for equipment.
- Manage the supply and stock of necessary maintenance parts.
Primary Responsibility 3: On-call Duty
- Oversee alarm management and necessary actions during on-call periods (per site on-call agreement).
- Provide technical support for general infrastructure during this posted period (HVAC, purified water system, compressed air, air treatment centers, and effluent treatment).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical installations (utilities, production equipment, automation) with support from on-call team members.
- Manage alarms through supervision systems.
- Respond on-site or remotely based on the incident nature.
- Assess technical impact and secure installations as needed.
- Ensure traceability of interventions in the CMMS and reporting tools during on-call duty.
- Communicate effectively with technical and operational teams.
- Participate in the on-call rotation with the ability for rapid on-site intervention.
