Qualifications
Your Core Responsibilities:Enhance and manage the Key Control Framework, ensuring rigorous testing, monitoring, and assurance of crucial firm-wide controls.Conduct annual Risk Surveys, culture assessments, and the RCSA process to proactively identify, evaluate, and mitigate key risks.Work closely with Trading, Technology, and Compliance teams to embed effective risk controls in all processes.Lead Business Continuity Planning (BCP) efforts and testing initiatives across European offices.Oversee prudential risk management for entities in Amsterdam and London.Manage the ICARA process, Pillar 3 disclosures, and prudential reporting for both jurisdictions.Engage in IFR-related working groups and liaise with regulators on prudential risk matters.Your Skills and Experience:5+ years of operational and prudential risk management experience in financial services or trading environments.Strong understanding of prudential risk regulations and their practical applications, with a preference for IFR/IFD experience.Experience with ICARA processes, Pillar 3 disclosures, and prudential reporting is highly advantageous.

Join IMC’s Operational Risk Management (ORM) team as an Operational Risk Manager, where you will spearhead the development of operational and prudential risk frameworks across our European offices, particularly in Amsterdam.
Your primary focus will encompass operational risk, including the Key Control Framework (KCF), Risk Control Self-Assessments (RCSA), risk culture, and Business Continuity Planning (BCP). Additionally, you will manage prudential risk, aligning with IFR/IFD regulatory frameworks, overseeing the Internal Capital Adequacy and Risk Assessment (ICARA) process, and ensuring compliance with Pillar 3 disclosures and prudential reporting.
In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with diverse teams such as Trading, Technology, and Compliance to ensure that risk controls are effectively integrated into our systems and processes. Reporting directly to the European Head of Risk, you will be based in Amsterdam but will also travel regularly to our offices in London, Zug, and Aarhus, contributing to our expanding ORM team.
