Role Overview
This pivotal role offers operational and analytical support to our partners, collaborating closely with Customer Success to ensure an outstanding partner experience.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the setup and continuous maintenance of partner stores (Digital Communications, Promotions, Catalog, Club B, Tasks, etc.) in alignment with strategic objectives.
- Evaluate the performance metrics of partner stores.
- Develop strategies and action plans rooted in data insights to enhance outcomes.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations for our partners.
