About the Department:
The Onboarding team is vital in executing the Know Your Customer (KYC) processes, ensuring adherence to Compliance Policies and various applicable regulations while strategically enhancing the customer experience by making the registration process as smooth, quick, and minimally bureaucratic as possible.
The Onshore Onboarding team is responsible for carrying out registration routines and KYC activities, strategically contributing to the enforcement of rules and processes while ensuring regulatory compliance and providing an excellent registration experience for clients.
Your Daily Activities Include:
- Analyzing corporate documents, shareholding structures, and forms;
- Identifying ultimate beneficiaries within complex corporate structures;
- Coordinating with internal and external clients regarding outstanding issues and account maintenance;
- Managing controls and optimizing processes while tracking projects;
- Monitoring metrics and KPIs for the department;
- Entering client data into internal systems;
- Registering clients with external counterparts;
What We Expect From You:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Administration, Economics, or Engineering;
- Knowledge in corporate document analysis;
- Understanding of financial instruments;
- Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork capabilities;
- Ability to solve problems swiftly and effectively;
- Agility and organizational skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- English language skills are a plus.
