Key Responsibilities:Ownership of Hardware Lifecycle:Oversee the entire hardware lifecycle for factory systems, from initial requirement gathering through deployment and ongoing operational management.Collaborate with Engineering and Operations teams to create comprehensive BOMs for the factory, resolve component specifications, and maintain accuracy.Source and negotiate pricing for all hardware and software components, ensuring favorable terms with vendors.Manage the complete procurement and logistics process for all factory systems.Logistics Coordination Across Multiple Campuses:Establish and maintain tracking systems for OT hardware across up to 20 campus locations, ensuring real-time visibility into inventory and logistics.Develop automated workflows to enhance parts requisition, approval, transfer, and receipt processes across all locations.Implement strategies to optimize inter-campus transfers and guarantee parts availability.Timeline and Deployment Management:Collaborate with operational leadership to synchronize logistics timelines with project build schedules and deployment deadlines.Engage in daily stand-ups for clear-to-deploy initiatives, providing updates on parts and logistics.

ABOUT THE POSITION:

We are looking for a skilled Operations Analyst to take charge of the entire hardware lifecycle associated with our Operations Technology (OT) systems within the Anduril Connected Factory. This role encompasses full accountability from the creation of the Bill of Materials (BOM) in collaboration with the team, to pricing for hardware and software, executing procurement, and managing logistics operations related to all factory systems. You will collaborate closely with operational leaders to guarantee the effective deployment and oversight of OT infrastructure across multiple campus locations.
