Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST (Mountain Standard Time)
Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from $1,500 to $1,800 per month, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Email and Communication Management: Efficiently manage high-volume email communications, ensuring all client inquiries and project updates are addressed promptly.
- Client Interaction: Serve as a primary liaison for national signage companies, delivering timely updates regarding project progress and completion.
- Internal Coordination: Facilitate smooth communication between the Office Manager, Design team, and Install Manager to eliminate miscommunication.
- Operational Coordination & Scheduling: Maintain the job board to reflect up-to-date project statuses, assist in scheduling install crews, and oversee post-project follow-up.
