As the Operations and Delivery Lead at HumanSignal, you will serve as the operational backbone of a company that is revolutionizing AI development through our Data Creation Laboratories, where we produce purpose-built datasets that fuel groundbreaking AI applications for frontier labs and Fortune 500 enterprises. Acting as the crucial link between Engineering, Product, and Design, you will design and scale the systems, processes, and operational infrastructure that enable hyper-growth. This includes managing knowledge in Notion, streamlining cross-functional delivery, and establishing frameworks that accelerate product development in terms of speed, quality, and predictability. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of product, people, and process, combining a founder's ownership mindset with the execution discipline of a world-class operator to translate vision into reality at one of the most exciting companies in AI infrastructure.
