Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dynamic Operations and Logistics Associate to join our expanding team in Waltham, MA. In this pivotal role, you will support the management and execution of deploying Anduril’s cutting-edge hardware globally. Collaborating closely with Field Operations leads, you will ensure the correct hardware is deployed for mission success. This role demands exceptional problem-solving skills, the ability to collaborate across teams, and a meticulous attention to detail. A solid understanding of logistics, hardware operations, and cross-functional project management is essential for success.
- Act as a proactive team player, ready to tackle any task, and adapt to the fast-paced startup environment.
- Foster collaborative relationships across various functions within Anduril, ensuring the successful execution of all deployments.
- Take ownership of the Deployment Operations lifecycle for all deployments related to your business line.
- Maintain clear and effective communication to keep all internal and external stakeholders informed. Utilize tools such as JIRA, NetSuite, Slack, and email to manage and relay updates.
- Pay close attention to details and develop structured plans for each deployment to ensure personnel and equipment are in the right places at the right times.
