Coordinating shipment pickups, liaising with delivery drivers, and managing schedules.
Effectively communicating with various departments within the company to facilitate smooth operations.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating service problems to your supervisor as needed.
Promoting and encouraging safe work practices among team members.
Conducting daily cycle counts and addressing variances.
Preparing weekly report updates.
Performing other duties as assigned.
