Key Responsibilities
Assist with the receiving, dispatching, inspection, handling, and stocking of inbound products.
Process returns by counting, confirming quantities, assessing condition, and completing necessary paperwork.
Coordinate shipment pick-ups, communicate with delivery drivers, and manage scheduling.
Maintain effective communication with other departments within the company.
Address customer/client inquiries promptly, resolve issues, and relay service challenges to supervisors.
Promote safe work practices among colleagues.
Organize daily cycle counts and address any discrepancies.
Provide weekly report updates.
Perform additional tasks as assigned.
