We are on the lookout for a meticulous and proactive Operations Associate to become a vital part of our thriving team at Ninja. In this pivotal role, you will enhance operational standards across our store locations by identifying and addressing operational gaps through detailed analysis. You will ensure that our on-ground manpower is effectively aligned with the planned workforce allocations. This position serves as a crucial link between operational planning and execution, aiding the Operations team in maintaining consistency, compliance, and efficiency across all store sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct structured assessments to identify gaps in operational performance by comparing actual outcomes against established SOPs and KPI benchmarks.
- Analyze and document recurring failure points in workflows, including picking accuracy, order cycle times, stock replenishment delays, and shrinkage, and identify root causes.
- Compile gap analysis reports for review by Operations Management.
- Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and measure improvements against baseline metrics.
- Support quality audit findings by translating audit observations into actionable process improvements.
- Perform regular headcount checks across store locations to ensure alignment between actual manpower and approved workforce plans.
- Alert the Operations Manager regarding any discrepancies in manpower with supporting evidence and proposed corrective actions.
- Assist in verifying manpower deployment during peak periods, such as Ramadan or promotional campaigns.
