Role Overview:
As an Operations Associate, you will provide vital account administration support for all managed accounts at D.A. Davidson & Co. and Davidson Investment Advisors (DIA), ensuring that our clients receive accurate and timely account information.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to emails and phone inquiries from branches to address any issues or questions.
• Open managed asset accounts across various systems according to the relevant managed asset programs (SAM, MAC, UMA, MFP, Paragon, Russell, Choice) while understanding the specific criteria for each program.
• Process Goal Modifications for managed accounts in different systems.
• Review managed account documents to ensure complete and accurate client information, identifying issues and collaborating with appropriate personnel for resolution.
• Facilitate the termination of managed accounts as needed for efficient administration.
• Examine daily reports and take necessary actions.
• Coordinate client requests for withdrawals or deposits, including trade generation and review.
• Serve as a liaison between D.A. Davidson and clients, ensuring high service standards and effective communication.
