Role Overview:
As the Operations Consultant, you will serve as the key point of contact for operational support, coaching, and training for store teams and franchise candidates. Your responsibilities will include motivating team members, optimizing team knowledge, and striving for operational excellence; all while traveling extensively and working both independently and collaboratively with the OPS team to enhance our organization’s growth and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training and coaching sessions for employees and franchise candidates at new and existing locations.
- Prepare for new store openings and provide necessary support.
- Guide and assist the OPS team with training programs and ongoing projects.
- Maintain and promote Domino's and legal standards, procedures, and policies as the face of our brand.
- Oversee the introduction of new products and promotions, including communication strategies.
- Perform store visits, evaluations, and training sessions.
- Execute STAR Report/FSE visits while training and guiding stores on operational best practices.
- Provide clear feedback to teams and management regarding performance and areas for improvement based on STAR Report/FSE visits.
