About the Role and Mission:
You will be an integral part of the Operations team, focusing on managing and enhancing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance. We are looking for a candidate with a systemic vision, analytical skills, and a proactive approach to continuously improve operations, ensuring consistency and scalability in processes. This role will involve significant interaction with various departments within the company, contributing to decision-making and strengthening internal controls.

- Proposing and implementing process enhancements aimed at efficiency and quality;
