Role Overview
The Operations Coordinator will play a pivotal role in facilitating the daily business operations, ensuring workflows, communication, and processes function seamlessly as the company grows. This position requires a highly organized, proactive individual capable of managing multiple priorities and driving tasks forward with minimal oversight.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Meeting Coordination
- Lead the scheduling and coordination of meetings with suppliers and partners, ensuring all sessions are equipped with necessary context and materials.
- Monitor action items, follow up on tasks, and guarantee timely completion of meeting-related deliverables.
CRM & Systems Ownership
- Maintain and organize data in HubSpot, ensuring accurate records of supplier status, onboarding progress, and communications.
- Document notes, update contacts, and uphold reliable and up-to-date CRM data.
Supplier Onboarding & Communication
- Oversee the onboarding process for new suppliers, ensuring all necessary documentation and product details are collected and organized.
- Act as the primary contact for suppliers, managing inquiries and coordinating internally to support successful onboarding.
Operational Execution
- Assist with order processing from placement through fulfillment.
- Coordinate order entry, system updates, and vendor setup.
