Who We Are
We are the Operations Excellence team, a newly established group focused on enhancing processes across support, operations, and compliance while facilitating our expansion into new markets. Our mission is to optimize workflows, elevate company performance, and ensure operational scalability to support growth. We are looking for innovative thinkers to help shape our future, and this role will play a crucial part in preparing our operations for new market launches.
- Lead small to medium cross-functional projects aimed at implementing process improvements across support, operations, and compliance teams.
- Manage operational tasks and initiatives related to the Operations Department.
- Develop and implement training programs to promote effective change management.
- Collaborate with product, finance, support, compliance, operations, and legal teams to execute improvements and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Assist in maintaining existing systems, including notifying teams of changes, reporting and tracking bugs, and performing updates.
- Act as both an internal and external point of contact and liaison for key systems and vendor relationships.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for operational enhancements and create scalable solutions.
- Drive and evaluate project ROI to ensure initiatives contribute significantly to company KPIs and strategic objectives. Establish success metrics aligned with our company KPIs and departmental goals, and assess the impact of changes.
- Support large-scale cross-functional projects as required.
