Qualifications
About the Role: The Operations Executive/Senior Executive will play a pivotal role in coordinating client relations, managing service operations, and ensuring administrative excellence and compliance. This position reports directly to the Branch Manager, requiring effective collaboration with both internal teams and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Foster strong client relationships to ensure service excellence and customer retention. Plan, schedule, and allocate services, ensuring efficient deployment of teams and timely execution. Utilize the iCABS system to validate and generate data, plans, and reports. Manage billing processes, invoice submissions, revisions, and credit note maintenance. Oversee follow-ups on purchase orders, service contracts, legal agreements, and contract renewals. Supervise office administration, ensure statutory compliance, manage attendance, and oversee petty cash. Coordinate vehicle maintenance and GPS tracking. Lead the service team to ensure the seamless operation of the service center. Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock for batteries.
