YOUR ROLE:
- Facilitate the issuance of insurance policies by generating precise quotations and preparing cover notes within established timelines.
- Collaborate closely with clients to collect necessary documents, ensuring a smooth and efficient policy issuance process.
- Meticulously review all documents and cover notes for accuracy and completeness, enabling timely activation of policies.
- Coordinate with insurance providers to follow up on outstanding approvals and ensure seamless processing.
- Manage client accounts, addressing inquiries and maintaining high levels of satisfaction with our offerings.
- Contribute to team success by achieving sales and renewal goals.
