About the Role
Join SEEK Pass as an Operations Lead and play a pivotal role in a dynamic, cross-functional squad dedicated to crafting, delivering, and enhancing top-tier products that instill trust in employment-related claims across SEEK’s marketplaces. Reporting to the Operations leader of the sub-domain, you will engage in a shared leadership model with your Product and Engineering co-leads, collaboratively steering the squad’s vision, strategic roadmap, and operational results for a critical trust-related initiative.
In the initial 6–12 months, your success will be marked by a well-defined squad roadmap, seamless implementation of new features, robust stakeholder relationships, and quantifiable enhancements in operational performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering co-leads to articulate and share the squad’s vision, roadmap, and OKRs, ensuring alignment with sub-domain and SEEK Pass priorities.
- Leverage data and operational insights to pinpoint optimization opportunities, inform prioritization, and promote data-informed decision-making across the squad’s activities.
- Establish operational and product requirements and facilitate collaborative sessions to design effective, purpose-built solutions that elevate our verification processes and customer interactions.
- Oversee the effective operationalization of new product features, including planning, forecasting, impact monitoring, and coordinating stakeholder communications.
- Foster and maintain strong internal relationships with stakeholders across engineering, UX, operations, and product teams to ensure timely and effective delivery.
- Manage multiple priorities and initiatives simultaneously, clearly conveying trade-offs and progress while embodying the values and principles of SEEK Pass.
- Contribute to wider operational functions, including team resourcing, onboarding, training, compliance with policies and SOPs, and supporting accurate credential verification and customer support processes.
The Team
SEEK Pass operates as an independent business unit within SEEK, employing over 100 professionals across software engineering, product, operations, and commercial teams in Melbourne, Sydney, and Kuala Lumpur. This role is based in Sydney, with occasional brief travel required.
Although you will not have direct reports, you will collaborate closely with engineers, UX designers, operational staff, and product teams.
