- Oversee resource planning and schedule management for corrective and preventive maintenance in alignment with the Scope of Work and Service Level Agreement.
- Coordinate responses to electrical breakdowns associated with solar PV systems, including initiating fault diagnostics and corrective measures for designated solar PV projects.
- Assess all work conducted by Technicians or Contractors, ensuring quality and adherence to standards, procedures, and specifications.
- Generate technical reports detailing breakdowns, corrective actions, and periodic maintenance activities.
- Monitor system performance by collecting relevant data and generating statistical performance reports.
- Conduct comprehensive project technical studies and design work, while preparing cost estimations.
- Establish project timelines by analyzing project plans and specifications, calculating time requirements, and organizing project components.
- Collaborate with Sales, Project, and Procurement teams, providing technical support and resolving issues during project installations.
- Review project quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) prior to testing and commissioning solar PV projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and contract requirements.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing established procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Develop and implement the company's quality procedures, standards, and specifications.
- Act as the primary liaison between authorities, engineering consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and clients throughout project phases and service warranties to foster positive long-term relationships.
- Provide both technical and non-technical support in the development of new applications aimed at enhancing internal processes.
