Department Overview
Palmetto Capital is a division of Palmetto focused on making renewable energy and HVAC solutions accessible. We offer homeowners financial products that facilitate the adoption of solar energy, energy storage, and enhanced home efficiency through advanced heating and cooling technologies. Additionally, we empower solar and HVAC sales professionals and installation companies with access to our proprietary platform, financing options, customer management systems, and quality control processes. Role Summary
The Operations Specialist II plays a pivotal role in the success of the LightReach Platform, overseeing the underwriting and technical document processing associated with Palmetto’s financial products. This position also provides installer support to ensure seamless transactions related to all financial product offerings. The role encompasses frontline knowledge base management, communication oversight, and compliance monitoring, serving as a key player in installer support and ecosystem management.
