About the Role
As the Operations Supervisor at GOAT, you will lead the daily operations of our local facility. We are looking for an individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical, flourishing in a fast-paced and ever-evolving startup environment.
In this role, strong decision-making skills are essential, as the operational demands of the facility can vary day-to-day. You will be pivotal in planning, organizing, and executing operational goals while maintaining a calm and focused leadership style to ensure daily targets are achieved.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Fostering a robust safety culture and a healthy workplace environment.
- Leading, managing, and cross-training a team of associates and service providers.
- Implementing best practices in inbound, inventory, verification, outbound, returns, fulfillment, and logistics operations.
- Collaborating with multiple departments to address potential delays and issues.
- Driving continuous improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost savings.
- Conducting cost-benefit analyses and optimizing production methods to achieve peak efficiency.
