Join our team at Monro, Inc. as an Operations Support Compliance Auditor, where you will play a crucial role in evaluating, inspecting, and auditing compliance and operational tasks across our store locations. Reporting to the Director of Operations Support, you will conduct daily visits to stores, performing scheduled audits to ensure our operational excellence. Building strong relationships with Monro Field Teammates and Field Leadership is essential, as your positive and proactive approach will bridge the gap between the Store Support Center and Field Management.
Compensation: This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $68,000 to $85,000 annually, with the potential for additional compensation and incentives based on your experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Tire Cycle Counts (TCC), Oil Cycle Counts (OCC), Physical Inventories (PI), Lift Inspections, Safety Audits, and Building & Equipment Inspections.
- Train team members in performing TCCs, OCCs, PIs, and safety inspections.
- Occasionally assist with Loss Prevention investigations.
- Collaborate with the Director of Internal Audit to develop remediation activities.
- Provide insights for process improvements and efficiencies.
- Participate in POS Testing when required.
- Prepare for Store Compliance visits up to 13 weeks in advance.
- Communicate audit results effectively to Store & District leadership.
Communication:
- Work closely with Field Leadership to ensure timely communication and execution of compliance initiatives.
- Foster strong partnerships within the Store Support Center and field operations.
