Hybrid Working Model: All Starling colleagues are required to work a minimum of 10 days per month in the office, with flexibility to work from home for the remainder. Occasional travel to other office locations may be necessary.
The Role
As the Operations Training and Competency Governance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all training and competency-related activities comply with regulatory and internal standards. You will oversee the planning and coordination of training activities, ensuring effective operational control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, monitor, and direct training processes to achieve performance targets.
- Maintain and oversee the framework, ensuring regular reviews and updates.
- Engage with stakeholders to recommend continuous improvements to T&C frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with the frameworks and report findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Training Operations Managers to ensure the frameworks are effective and subject to continuous improvement.
- Organize the administrative and logistical aspects of training activities for the Operations Training and Competency team.
- Provide line management for coordinators, offering guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback, ensuring the team is well-equipped to succeed.
