OVERVIEW
The Operations & Visual Manager plays a pivotal role within our store leadership team, focusing on ALO's operational and visual strategy. This individual should be enthusiastic about inventory oversight, labor management, and visual merchandising, with the primary goal of maintaining an efficient and effective store operation. The key responsibility is to ensure the store is always prepared to provide an exceptional customer experience.
This position involves active movement around the store, including both the sales floor and back-of-house areas. When not assisting customers directly, the Operations & Visual Manager is expected to take initiative and perform various tasks to ensure the store remains clean, safe, inviting, and operates smoothly.
