OVERVIEW
The Operations and Visual Manager plays a vital role within our store leadership team, focusing on the operational and visual strategies that define the ALO experience. This individual is enthusiastic about inventory management, labor planning, and visual merchandising, all aimed at fostering a seamless and customer-friendly store environment. Your primary goal will be to ensure the store is impeccably prepared for our customers at all times.
This role involves active engagement throughout the store, including both the sales floor and back-of-house operations. When not assisting guests, you will proactively undertake various tasks to maintain a clean, safe, and inviting atmosphere, ensuring the store operates with maximum efficiency.
