The selected candidate will be responsible for:Preparation and Management of Customs Practices: Handling the compilation and management of customs documentation for client import operations, ensuring compliance with current customs regulations through advanced IT systems.Coordination with External Parties: Collaborating with suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure the accurate preparation and delivery of customs documentation.Monitoring Customs Regulations: Keeping updated on national and international customs regulations to ensure full compliance during the customs declaration process.Problem Resolution: Promptly addressing any issues or disputes related to customs documentation, working with both internal and external stakeholders to find effective solutions.Requirements:Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.Knowledge of national and international customs regulations.Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and external suppliers.Attention to detail and precision.Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
