Qualifications
Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle ERP, including at least 2 years focused on Oracle Fusion Cloud.Strong knowledge of end-to-end business processes in Finance, Procurement, SCM, or HR.Hands-on experience with configuration, personalization, and setup tasks within Oracle Fusion.Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher, and OTBI reporting.Technical Skills:In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion modules, specifically in Finance, Procurement, SCM, or HCM.Understanding of multi-currency, multi-entity, and approval workflow configurations.Experience with period-end close processes, audits, and internal controls.Proficient with Oracle Cloud Configuration Workbench, OIC, SOAP/REST APIs, Apex (optional), BI Publisher, OTBI, Smart View, and basic SQL/PLSQL for troubleshooting.Soft Skills:Exceptional communication and client-facing skills.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Aptitude for translating business needs into system solutions.Comfortable with remote collaboration and agile project methodologies.Preferred Certifications:Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist in relevant Fusion module(s).Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Foundations certification.

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role involves the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud modules, which may include ERP, HCM, SCM, or Financials. As a consultant, you will be key in ensuring optimal system performance, enhancing processes, facilitating integration with other systems, and driving user adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or assist in the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud and provide post-go-live support.
- Configure various modules such as Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM), Procurement, Projects, Supply Chain, or HCM.
- Conduct thorough business process analysis, gather requirements, and perform gap analysis.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive functional documentation, configurations, and test scripts.
- Work collaboratively with technical teams for data migration, integration, and reporting.
- Deliver user training and ongoing support for applications.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and propose enhancements.
