- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of services, including trade goods, special trade goods, and subcontractor services.
- Verify delivery and execution schedules with involved parties (customer teams) and coordinate with suppliers.
- Manage order scheduling, preparation of order documents, and monitor open orders and purchases.
- Participate in inventory checks in SAP and confirm delivery times prior to order entry.
- Handle complaints, goods receipt bookings, and the documentation and processing of returns.
- Maintain an organized filing system for relevant documents and conduct ongoing cost control in collaboration with the relevant teams (customer teams).
- Review invoices and prepare order settlements (such as forwarding equipment documentation) and initiate down payment invoices.
- Ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and customers.
