As an Organizational Development Specialist Intern, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our organizational effectiveness. Your responsibilities will encompass the development of comprehensive organizational structures and the documentation of processes and procedures. You will research and implement best practices in organizational development, ensuring that our programs are adaptable and impactful.
In this role, you will plan and execute projects aimed at achieving optimal work results and organizational success. You will be instrumental in the rollout of OD programs and will devise evaluative systems to measure their effectiveness. Furthermore, you will foster innovation and collaboration across various departments within the organization.
Your leadership capabilities will be exercised as you determine the requirements for intern staffing, develop project plans, and supervise OD Interns. This includes clear communication of expectations, providing feedback, and recognizing accomplishments. You will also organize and lead meetings to discuss project updates and set future expectations with interns, ensuring effective communication between the interns and the OD Director.
To grow your professional competence, you will attend meetings, training workshops, and engage with relevant publications in the field.
