As an Orthopedic Associate Sales Representative at Arthrex South Florida, your primary responsibility will be to achieve and surpass sales targets within your designated territory. This role requires you to cultivate and sustain strong relationships with healthcare professionals through regular communication and face-to-face meetings. You will be expected to maintain in-depth knowledge of our premier product range and provide valuable consultations to surgeons in the operating room regarding Arthrex products and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed sales objectives by collaborating with surgeons and healthcare professionals as part of an independent agency authorized to sell Arthrex products.
- Enhance territory sales performance through robust business relationships and effective sales strategies.
- Engage with both existing and prospective clients about product updates, changes, and educational programs.
- Develop and execute new sales initiatives and marketing strategies to ensure competitive positioning and attainment of territory goals.
- Cross-sell new products and manage introductions as they arise.
- Resolve any issues that may arise with customer accounts.
- Uphold compliance and responsible practices by protecting sensitive information, safeguarding company assets, and adhering to laws and company policies.
- Receive and provide training, coaching, or mentoring to support team development.
- Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Participate in sales meetings and professional events outside of regular hours as required.
- Be capable of lifting up to 35 pounds regularly.
