About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Cold Email Outreach Specialist to drive lead generation through meticulously crafted outbound email campaigns. Your primary responsibilities will include creating persuasive email copy, compiling targeted prospect lists, ensuring deliverability, monitoring campaign performance, and collaborating with sales teams to convert warm leads into sales opportunities. You will play a crucial role in strategizing campaigns that are not only compliant but also focused on maximizing conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect List Development: Utilize platforms like ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Crunchbase to research and build comprehensive prospect lists, segmenting them by persona, industry, and geography.
- Email Campaign Design: Craft engaging subject lines, body content, and calls-to-action that resonate with prospects' pain points while launching multi-step campaigns over a 10-21 day period.
- Deliverability Oversight: Manage sending domains and IP addresses, monitor spam scores, and ensure compliance with best practices to maintain high deliverability rates.
- Campaign Analysis: Conduct A/B testing on various campaign elements and utilize metrics to optimize performance continuously.
- Lead Qualification: Track responses, categorize interested prospects, and ensure qualified leads are effectively handed off to the sales team.
- Compliance Monitoring: Adhere to regulations such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA, maintaining ethical standards in all outreach activities.
