Position Overview: PingWind is actively looking for a talented and experienced Outreach and Engagement Program Manager (O&E PM) to lead Task 2 under a government contract. The O&E PM will be responsible for daily leadership, supervision, and program development support for all O&E-related personnel and initiatives. This role demands a strategic communicator and proficient project manager with a robust background in public affairs, stakeholder engagement, and digital communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Government communications, corporate communications, or marketing communications, including stakeholder management and fostering internal and external relationships.
Oversee O&E management with expertise in brand and content development, public relations, strategic planning, and web and social media operations.
Direct the daily oversight and management of all O&E contract staff and deliverables.
Act as the primary liaison between the contractor and the Government for all O&E-related concerns.
Create and deliver strategic plans, schedules, and performance reports related to O&E initiatives.
Propose and execute strategies to improve outreach, engagement, branding, and communications.
Coordinate internal and external communications, including content creation, public relations, and digital outreach.
