Key Responsibilities:Engage with decision-makers to promote the sale of our comprehensive line of commercial doors and related products.Communicate effectively with customers to identify sales opportunities and provide consultative solutions.Develop and nurture sales relationships with commercial and industrial building owners, hospitals, colleges, K-12 schools, and municipal entities in Fayetteville and surrounding areas.Achieve or surpass established sales and gross profit targets.Deliver timely and precise estimates and proposals.Assess customer needs during meetings and effectively sell technical and mechanical goods and services.Draft detailed scopes of work for proposals, overseeing every step from initial contact to closing the sale.Follow up promptly to ensure project closure and assist in project management as needed.Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system on a daily basis.Perform additional duties as assigned.Requirements:Preferred Bachelor's degree.Minimum of three (3) years of outside sales experience.Strong aptitude for technical applications and mechanical systems.Experience interpreting blueprints, plans, and specifications is highly desirable.A friendly and approachable personality with a commitment to customer service.Valid Driver’s License is required.Additional duties as assigned.
