Join Our Team! Overhead Door Company of Wichita™, a DH Pace Company, Inc., is eager to welcome an Outside Commercial Sales Representative to our team in Wichita, Kansas. This role focuses on building strong relationships while selling commercial doors and door-related products. If you possess a keen business development instinct, we encourage you to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with decision-makers to influence the procurement of our extensive line of commercial doors and related products and services.
- Communicate effectively with customers to identify sales opportunities and address challenges through consultative sales approaches.
- Foster sales within the commercial and industrial sectors, including building owners/managers, healthcare facilities, educational institutions, and municipalities in Wichita and its surrounding areas.
- Achieve or surpass sales and gross profit targets.
- Provide prompt and precise estimates and proposals.
- Meet with both existing and potential customers to assess their needs and offer technical and mechanical goods and services.
- Draft scopes of work for each proposal, managing every detail from the initial call through to closing the sale.
- Follow up promptly to finalize customer projects and participate in project management as needed.
- Maintain and regularly update the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
