Your Impact:
Pearce is in search of a meticulous and seasoned Outside Plant Engineer to contribute to our telecommunications infrastructure projects. This pivotal role emphasizes the design, planning, and execution of outside plant (OSP) projects encompassing copper and fiber networks. The successful candidate will possess a robust engineering background, experience in permitting, construction coordination, and the capability to manage budgets while ensuring compliance with both company and industry standards.
Core Responsibilities:
Engineering & Design
Craft and strategize the design of outside plant facilities for copper and fiber infrastructure (including aerial, buried, and conduit layouts).
Prepare and evaluate engineering drawings, loop loss calculations, and switch serving area designs.
Perform field measurements for poles, conduits, and buried infrastructure to reinforce network design.
Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved efficiently.
