About the role
hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative based in Casper, Wyoming. This position centers on helping small businesses grow by providing digital marketing services. The role offers a mix of base salary, uncapped commissions, and monthly bonuses. Comprehensive training is provided, making this a fit for those new to sales as well as experienced professionals looking to advance.
What you will do
- Promote and sell digital marketing products such as websites, search and display advertising, reputation management, social ads, and SEO using a consultative approach.
- Identify prospects and cold call business owners within a defined territory to schedule meetings and understand their needs.
- Build and maintain a personal client portfolio, earning ongoing commissions through account management.
- Deliver sales presentations to potential clients both virtually and face to face.
- Develop long-term client relationships across a variety of industries.
Compensation
- Base salary: $53,000
- Year 1 on-target earnings: $85,000 to $95,000 (with potential for more through uncapped commissions and bonuses)
- Year 2 on-target earnings: $100,000 to $115,000
