Conduct cold calling to business owners and prospect within a designated territory to schedule appointments and perform comprehensive needs assessments. Develop your own book of business by assisting small businesses in their success, earning residual commissions through effective account management. Your first year on-target earnings can range from $85,000 to $95,000, with the potential to exceed this through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses! By your second year, you could earn between $100,000 and $115,000.
