Monitoring the status of sent messages
Verifying declarations
Sending processed declarations to clients
Maintaining contact with customers via phone and email
Supporting outgoing invoicing
First Line Support for APICS (Antwerp Port Community System)
Verification and management of customer data
Verification of container numbers
First Line Support for other customers
Weekend work on a rotational basis (average of 1 weekend per month, max 3 hours per day)
