Qualifications
Experience in customer service roles, ideally within hospitality, retail, financial services, or restaurant industries.Strong communication skills with a focus on customer engagement.Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and maintain a balanced cash drawer.Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and transaction processing.Problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer inquiries or complaints.Commitment to upholding company policies and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.Flexibility to work overnight shifts and assist with various tasks as directed by management.
