Join our dynamic team as an Overnight Logistics Support Specialist at zelh, where your attention to detail and reliability will play a crucial role in supporting our US commercial trucking operations. This remote position focuses on overseeing shipment visibility, addressing client inquiries, and facilitating seamless communication between overnight and daytime teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Continuously monitor and update shipment tracking information for active loads.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound client emails, primarily from US-based clients.
- Deliver real-time updates on shipment status to customers and internal teams.
- Identify urgent issues or delays and escalate them to daytime staff as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of communications and shipment updates.
- Ensure effective information transfer between shifts through clear handovers.
Working Conditions:
- Schedule: Shift 1: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM, Shift 2: 1:00 AM – 10:00 AM
