Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or management is a plus.
Proven experience in a customer service or retail management role.
Strong communication skills, with proficiency in both English and Spanish preferred.
Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of financial services and compliance regulations is advantageous.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
